Partner (Manager) with Cambridge Family Law Practice, William is a Collaborative lawyer and Mediator. He has over 30 years of Family Law experience and is an experienced advocate. William deals primarily with more complex financial matters. William moved in the Cambridge area to practice in 2002 having previously worked for a niche family law firm in London.
William trained as a Mediator with the Family Mediators Association and Resolution and as a Collaborative Lawyer in March 2004. He is Treasurer of the Cambridge Collaborative Family Law Group and is a member of Resolution. William is a trainer with Resolution and a presenter of the Foundation Course and Skills Course for Collaborative Lawyers. William is a member of the Resolution ADR Committee. William is active in promoting Collaborative Practices in the United Kingdom and abroad.
William is a past Chairman of the LawNet Family Training. He is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Practitioners as well as being a full member of Resolution and a member of the Family Mediators Association. William is also a member of The Union Des Avocats Europeens.
William has a keen interest in international law and in 2000 he completed a Master of Laws degree dealing with the jurisdiction of this country and other European countries.
