

Gail specialises in cases involving substantial family assets, often including high value pensions and family businesses. She also has expertise in dealing with pre-nuptial, civil partnership and cohabitation agreements. In addition Gail has extensive experience of dealing with issues relating to children, including residence (custody) and contact (access) as well as applications to remove children from the jurisdiction and disputes with an international element.
Gail is an accredited specialist family lawyer with Resolution, and is amongst the most experienced collaborative lawyers in the country, having trained in early 2004. She is Chair of the Cambridge Collaborative Family Law Group and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
