

Annie has specialised in family law for over 20 years, initially in Lancashire but in Cambridge for the last 11 years firstly with Miller Sands, joining Marchant-Daisley at its inception and playing a key role in the establishment and development of the firm leading to its expansion and incorporation into cflp. Annie is a dedicated family law specialist and in her years of experience has developed expertise in dealing with the financial and parenting issues and disputes that arise when a relationship breaks down, as well as being experienced at drafting pre nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
Annie's expertise in children's issues includes disputes over contact (access) and residence (custody), and applications to remove children from the jurisdiction. She deals with all aspects of financial matters ion divorce as well as disputes between cohabitants and cases involving an international element.
Annie is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer and is very enthusiastic in promoting ADR as a way forward to resolve family issues where appropriate. Annie is a member of Resolution and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Having been born in France, Annie is a fluent French speaker which has enabled her to form links with French lawyers over the years. When not working, Annie enjoys returning to her native country, walking in the mountains and reading.
