If you have separated or are intending to separate from your spouse or partner and you need advice on the arrangements for the children or how to help your children through this difficult time, we can assist.

We understand the effect on the children of parents separating and the importance of minimising any negative impact for their long term well being.

we work with our clients putting the needs of the children first, dealing with all issues relating to children be they practical parenting issues or the financial provision for the child. We have extensive experience of dealing with cases that have an international element particularly when one parent wishes to take the children to live outside of England and Wales.

You may be unable to agree where and with whom the children are going to live, the arrangements for them to see each parent, the school they are to attend or how you are going to organise co parenting in the future.

We can give you practical and legal advice about how to deal with these issues, always having the children’s interests at the forefront, frequently and if possible without the need to involve the Courts but if necessary with their intervention.

We work closely with other child experts who can discuss issues with you or, if you feel it appropriate, with the children.
