Angela is an accredited family mediator and professional practice consultant who supervises other mediators.  She is a member of Resolution and the Family Mediators Association and also works in other fields of mediation and dispute resolution including commercial, medico-legal and educational disputes.  Angela is a member of the Court of Appeal ADR scheme.

Angela is an experienced collaborative practitioner. She writes and provides national and international training for family and collaborative lawyers and for family mediators and family consultants.

Annie Ward

Annie has specialised in family law for over 20 years.  She was a central figure in the development of Cambridge Family Law Practice.  She has particular expertise in dealing with the financial and parenting issues and disputes that arise when a relationship breaks down, as well as being experienced at drafting pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.

Annie’s expertise in children’s issues includes disputes over contact and residence, and applications to remove children from the jurisdiction. She deals with all aspects of financial matters on divorce as well as disputes between cohabitants and cases involving an international element.

Rosemary Sands

Rosemary has over 50 years’ experience in family law, as a barrister and a respected family law practitioner.  She was instrumental in developing mediation in Cambridge and also in bringing Collaborative Law to the United Kingdom.

Her reputation as a pioneering figure in the field of family law is known and respected throughout the legal profession, from the judiciary down. She remains available to instruct through the firm as a Collaborative Lawyer and is an active member of the Cambridge Collaborative Group
